What it is, where it is from, who grew it and how.
Navy ink. The ring names the region, the centre carries the lot number, and the lines underneath give the farm, the producer, and the variety with its process. The edition cuts one per lot and sends it to every café serving that coffee, so the café never designs anything.

The café's card number and its neighbourhood.
Brick ink. A rounded square, the card number large, the name and the neighbourhood, and the edition's branch in the corner. One per café, the same all week, kept in the tin at the bar next to the bean stamp. Two stamps, nothing else to manage.
