Cuervo Blanco has eight seats and an uncommon rule: no music before eleven in the morning. The idea is that you hear the grinder and the conversation at the bar.
They pour three filters a day, always Mexican, and there are no syrups. If you order a latte they'll make it properly, but the menu is written to steer you elsewhere.
