Her method isn't spectacular: she picks in five passes instead of two, pays for quality rather than weight, and floats everything on delivery day. It's what you're supposed to do and almost nobody does.

She chairs a group of twenty-two women growers in the guest region who share a depulper and negotiate price as a block.
