Contraluz Tostaduría

Contraluz roasts on a fifteen-kilo Loring on the ground floor of a Juárez townhouse and serves at the same address. One of the few programs in the city where the roaster works the bar two days a week.

They buy direct from six Mexican producers and print the price they paid per kilo on every bag — something almost nobody else here does.
